Call for Youth Dialogue Ambassadors

Young people can change the world and influence others’ attitudes toward their views on the future in which they will live. The Youth Council of Slovenia invites young people aged 18 to 28 to join the fourth generation of Youth Dialogue Ambassadors. The Youth Dialogue is a key European mechanism that enables joint reflection and consultation between young people and decision-makers on youth policies at the local, regional, and European levels.

Become a Youth Dialogue Ambassador, take part in consultations between young people and decision-makers at all levels, contribute to raising awareness of this European mechanism (especially on social media), help co-create youth policy, actively participate in advocacy campaigns with decision-makers at the local, national, and international levels, and attend European youth conferences!

The selected team of six ambassadors will serve an 18-month term (from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027), acting as a bridge between young people in Slovenia and the Youth Dialogue as a European mechanism. Candidates are expected to be willing to engage in active volunteer work, attend an introductory working weekend (May 22–24, 2026), and regularly share their experiences on the project’s social media.
