As part of its activities for doctoral student mentors, UP is organising the third event “Meeting of Mentors and Doctoral Students”, which will take place on Thursday, September 25, from 10:00 to 12:00 at UP FAMNIT (lecture hall VP3).

The event is designed for all those involved in shaping doctoral studies, including mentors, co-mentors, work mentors, and doctoral students. It will be held in Slovene and divided into two parts: the first will present the results of the survey “Mentoring Relationship in Doctoral Studies at UP”, and the second will feature thematic workshops.

Workshop topics:

• First steps in doctoral studies
• Basic scenario for mentoring
• Career plan of a researcher
• Protocol for resolving conflict situations
• Evaluation of the mentor after the completion of training
