9.00 - 12.00: AISAB delavnice OD PROBLEMA DO REŠITVE:
Podjetja danes iščejo ljudi, ki znajo iskati rešitve na njihove izzive tudi izven okvirjev. Ljudi, ki znajo problem preučiti iz vseh zornih kotov, se z njim soočiti ter zanje najti najbolj učinkovito rešitev. Projekt AISAB (Applied Inovation for Students and Businesses) je tako združil inovativnost študentov z izzivi malih in srednjih podjetij (MSP).
Delavnica AISAB v okviru Kariernega dne UP FM bo tako postregla s konkretnimi znanji in orodji za iskanje ter ocenjevanje rešitev primernih za vpeljevanje inovacij v MSP, s katerimi ne boste zgolj konkurenčnejši na trgu dela ampak si tudi zagotovili višjo vrednost (ali večjo konkurenčnost).
V sklopu delavnice bomo tako na kratko spoznali konkretne primere, ki so jih reševali študentje in podjetja v sklopu projekta AISAB, nato bomo pa velik del delavnice namenili prav reševanju novih problemov ter pridobivanju znanj in veščin, s katerimi bomo lažje nastopili na trgu dela.
12.00 - 12.30: MREŽENJE
12.30 - 14.30: KARIERNE ZMENKARIJE: z nami bosta podjetje UNIKA TTI d.o.o. in združenje Deloitte. Seveda pa bo tudi Karierni center UP izvajal simulacijo razgovorov za vse, ki se želite preizkusiti!
Na Kariernem dnevu se partnerji iz okolja na kratko predstavijo in spregovorijo o svojih potrebah po kadrih v prihodnjih letih, delovnih izzivih in trendih na trgu dela. Sledijo kratki razgovori, kjer se iščejo skupne možnosti sodelovanja.

PROGRAM:
9.00 - 12.00: AISAB Workshops FROM PROBLEMS TO SOLUTIONS: Companies today are looking for people who are able to find solutions to their challenges outside the box. People who can examine the problem from all angles, face it and find the most effective solution. The AISAB (Applied Innovation for Students and Businesses) project combines student innovation with the challenges of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The AISAB UPFM Career Workshop will thus provide you with concrete skills and tools to evaluate solutions and innovate in SMEs, which will not only make you more competitive in the labor market, but also deliver higher value.
In this workshop we will briefly learn about the concrete examples that were solved by students and companies within the AISAB project, and then we will devote a large part of the workshop to solving new problems and acquiring skills that will make it easier to enter the labor market.
12.00 - 12.30: NETWORKING
12.30 - 14.30: CAREER DATING: companies that will join us are UNIKA TTI d.o.o. and Deloitte association. For those who want to try it, Career center of the UP will be performing job interviews.
At the Career day, employers will represent themselves and talk about their personnel needs in the following years, work challenges and main trends in the labour market. After presentations, employers will have short interviews with students where they will disscuss possible cooperation options.
