"How they make mozzarella?"
VISIT TO THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
We will be visiting the company Ekolat d.o.o. from Vipava, on Thursday, March 12, 2020.
Bus will take us at 9:00 am, from in front of the UP Faculty of Health Sciences (Polje 42, Izola). Return to Izola at 12:30 pm.
Students will be introduced to the company, they will look at the place where the milk is being taken in and learn which are the conditions before the milk is send into production. They will also see the entire production process of mozzarella chees, they will also visit the lab and make a sensory analyze of fresh mozzarella etc.
