Ljubljana, Slovenia, from 6 to 8 September 2026, students are invited to participate in the Next Gen Challenge.

The Next Gen Challenge is an interactive competition designed for students and young professionals interested in event management, tourism, marketing, communications, and related fields.

Working in small teams, participants will tackle a real-life challenge related to the organization of international events, present their solutions to an international panel of experts, network with professionals from the meetings industry, and attend the professional programme of the ICCA Central European Chapter Meeting free of charge.

The winning team will also have the opportunity to present its solution on the main conference stage in front of an international audience.

Participation is free of charge for students. Applications are open until 10 August 2026.
