Public call for scholarships - Western Balkans

A public call for applications has been published for scholarships for foreign citizens to study in Slovenia for the academic year 2026/2027.

The call is intended for citizens of the Western Balkans (for the purposes of this call, the Western Balkan countries include Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, the Republic of Kosovo, the Republic of North Macedonia, and the Republic of Serbia) who wish to pursue second-cycle (Master’s) studies in selected fields: natural sciences, mathematics, statistics, information and communication technologies (ICT), engineering, manufacturing technologies, construction, agriculture, forestry, fisheries, veterinary science, healthcare, and social security.

The scholarship may be awarded for the entire official duration of the study programme and covers living expenses in the amount of EUR 9,600 per year. The total value of the call is EUR 300,000.
