New opportunities for students - practice, internship and education in ESA - European Space Agency

High-tech fields and participation in ESA educational programs can open up new opportunities for international cooperation for Slovenian students and the acquisition of new knowledge, which is used not only in the development of space technologies but also in the use of aircraft on Earth.

The field of space encompasses a wide variety of fields: from mechanical engineering, new materials, chemistry, biology, health, computer science, electronics and electrical engineering, AI, (cyber) security, energy, telecommunications, mathematics and physics, geodesy, environment, engineering, astronomy, law, marketing, design, agriculture, to name a few.

ESA ACADEMY - CLEAN SPACE TRAINING COURSE

ESA Academy has published a call for candidates for the ESA Academy - Clean Space Training Course, which is open until 01/02/2024 at 23:59 CET.

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • aged at least 18 years. ESA Academy and relevant partners will evaluate only the applications of students who do not have or have limited professional experience in the field of relevant engineering or space-related topics;
  • a citizen of an ESA member state, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia or Slovenia;
  • enrolled in a master's degree (completed graduate degree) but a doctoral student at the university (not graduating before the training course); studying for an engineering degree;
  • have basic knowledge of space systems design.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AT ESA - open until the end of November!

It is about a 3 - 6 month internship at ESA. Possibilities are open for students in the last but penultimate year of master's studies for students from ESA member countries, associated countries or countries with a cooperation agreement.
