Support young people on their path to decent work
The training for youth workers “DD – Decent Work” is returning once again to the coastal town of Ankaran.
The training will take place:
- from Friday, 27 March, to Sunday, 29 March 2026
About the training
The programme is designed in a simple, relaxed, and interactive way. We aim to provide participants with new knowledge as well as an enjoyable experience filled with informal socialising.
Together, we will explore how to support young people in dealing with precarious work and entering the labour market. The topics will include:
- workers’ and social rights
- forms of employment and entrepreneurship
- occupational safety
- mental health and youth work
- international networking and the state of the labour market
- In addition to gaining new knowledge, you can also expect a great team, plenty of networking, exchange of experiences, and time for discussion

- The training is free of charge.
