As part of the "Young EU change-makers" project, which is supported and co-financed by EP Mama, the youth network organizes a one-day training session for young change-makers.

They will present to young people how ideas are developed that aim to make their voice heard in the European Parliament (EP), inform them about its work and encourage them to participate in the elections.

There is no registration fee for the participation.

When? Friday, April 19, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Where? In Ljubljana (the exact location is yet to be announced).

9.30–10.30 Change the world! Get to know the tools of democratic participation – petition, initiative, participatory budget, round tables...
10.30-10.45 Break
10:45 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Why doesn't anyone understand me? Learn about communication tools and tricks to instigate change.
12.00–13.00 Lunch Free lunch organized for all participants of the training.
13.00–13.15 What can go wrong? Where can you get stuck in promoting and implementing changes? And what helps you jump over obstacles?
13.15–15.15 From idea to action in five steps! Plan a concrete activity with which you can contribute to change.
3.15–3.30 pm Conclusion and evaluation
