Opportunity for Students! Join the Optimist World Championship 2025!

Are you interested in sustainability, sports, and event organization? Join the team preparing the Optimist World Sailing Championship, taking place in summer 2025 in Portorož, as a pilot sustainable sports event within the European CrossReTOUR project.

We’re looking for students to help with:
• Waste reduction
• Elimination of single-use plastics
• Promotion of sustainable mobility
• Monitoring energy, water use, and emissions
• Collaborating with local suppliers and the community
• Using digital tools to minimize physical materials
• Raising awareness and engaging children and youth on the importance of environmental protection

An opportunity for volunteering, internships, or research work at an international event!
