Together against climate change - two events aimed at young people
The 2nd International Youth Climate Summit in Hackathon - Hack for Climate Action will take place in Koper, from December 6 to 8, 2024.
The 2nd International Youth Climate Summit is an excellent opportunity to connect with young people, youth workers, experts and organizations from all over Europe, which are working in the field of climate change, health and sustainability.
As part of the summit, you will participate in interactive workshops, panel discussions and networking, which will help you gain new knowledge and practical skills.
Hackathon - Hack for Climate Action is an opportunity to take part in solving concrete challenges in the field of environment and health. With the help of mentors, you will develop innovative solutions in teams, which will address real problems. The winning teams are waiting for prizes and opportunities for further project development.
Possibility of participation in both but in individual events:
- 2nd International Youth Climate Summit (6th and 7th December 2024):
A two-day event with workshops and discussions on the topic of climate change and youth advocacy.
- Hackathon - Hack for Climate Action (afternoon of December 7th and December 8th, 2024):
Competition for young people in search of innovative solutions for environmental challenges, where teams of young people will develop practical solutions under the mentoring of experts.

Who can apply?
- Youth workers and young men (aged between 18 and 29 years), who are interested in environmental advocacy and innovation in the field of sustainability.
