As a part of the Career center UP it started to operate the Youth Research Center UP (YRC UP). The aim of establishing is to inform, motivate and involve UP high school students, students, and graduates in research projects and programs. We want to create a research potential and mindset in them already during their schooling so that they continue with this in their work environments after employment. It is important to develop creativity, innovation and interest in research and discovering new things in young people. This will create a research staff that can be the basis for the further development of research at UP or researchers who already have experience in searching for, writing, and reporting research projects and their realization. It is important that young people, after finishing school, transfer their desire for research and innovation to their work environments.
