Training Cultural Management

KC UP, in cooperation with the RUK project, a network of research arts and culture centers, invites you to a free training C U L T U R A L   M A N A G A M E N T, where participants will learn about the structure of project planning through practical demonstration and develop their ideas through theory.

The training will take place in 4 workshops of 4 hours in April. The schedule and contents of the training are as follows:

 1st workshop: April 12, 2021, from 12:00 to 16:00

  • Introduction to training
  • Placing culture in the environment
  • Legal aspects and tax legislation

 2nd workshop: April 13, 2021, from 12:00 to 16:00

  • Project Planning I: Brainstorming Ideas
  • Project planning II: Purpose, goal, timeline
  • Conclusion and daily evaluation

3rd workshop: April 19, 2021, from 12:00 to 16:00

  • Project planning and project design
  • Tenders - obtaining financial resources in culture

 

4th workshop - April 20, 2021, from 12.00 to 16.00

  • Communication
  • Project evaluation and dissemination of results
  • Completion of training

Participants will learn everything from the context of structure planning, legal and tax legislation in the field of cultural projects, the development of ideas and methods how to develop thar ideas. We will also see the field of communication and learn how to plan a successful communication strategy. We will also learn about the possibilities of financing cultural projects. The goal is for participants to develop an action plan to derive their ideas.

The training of cultural management is organized by KC UP and as part of the RUK project, a network of research arts and culture centers that operates at the intersection of art, science and technology. In this interdisciplinary triangle, we are developing innovative products and services for the soft and humane technology of the future.
